At Basler Chiropractic, we teach our patients how to perform exercieses that can help to strengthen and correct irregularities in their body that may be causing pain. Many of these exercises can even be done at home. These exercises and streches given by our experienced chiropractor will hep you to feel good and ease your recovery.

Lifestyle AdviceMany patients come to our office to address specific symptoms. While our chiropractor will address each patient's individual needs, we also find it helpful to guide our patients towards achieving a healthier lifestyle. For example, Dr. Basler may inform you of certain activities you should avoid or do differently to prevent further injury. The goal of lifestyle advice with chiropractic care is to help each patient find the happy lifestyle that they deserve.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy doesn't just make you feel good, but it can also help your body achieve balance and health. It offers natural treatment approach which actually relieves pain for many patients. Each massage therapy plan is tailored to meet the patient's uniuqe pain condition or injury. The benefits of massage therapy include increaased blood circulation, reduced swelling and muscle relaxation. We are fortunate enough to have two massage therapists, who provide their services right in our office.
